Tsi-La Living Flower, Natural Perfumes are fortified with a proprietary blend of more than 8 organic super-fruits, phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and plant sterols. Tsi-La organic perfumes offer additional benefits to typical petrochemically derived or synthetic fragrances that are currently available. Our Living Flower Perfumes are natural, flower and plant based, USDA organic when possible, animal cruelty free and vegan. After all, Mother Nature knows best.

Refund Policy

Tsi~La Organics is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. To contact our customer service representative, please e-mail info@tsilaorganics.com or call (215) 750 9996. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the unused product in its original, sealed condition within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on samples or products that have been opened, used or damaged. We will issue a refund to the original payment source, which will include the cost of the unused product only. This will not include the original shipping cost or the cost of returning shipping. When returning products, please use UPS ground shipping method, which provides tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. We regretfully cannot accept any returns on our alcohol-based perfumes due to shipping regulations. Please include a copy of your original receipt, a note with your reason for returning the product, any suggestions, and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. To initiate a return, please contact info@tsilaorganics.com or 215.750.9996. Re-stocking / cancellation fee: Buyers will be charged a 30% restocking / cancellation fee on orders that are returned or refused. All sales are final.
