If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the unused product in its original, sealed condition within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we can not accept returns on samples, custom request orders or products that have been opened, used or damaged. We will issue a refund to the original payment source less shipping and a 30% restocking fee. The return process can take approximately 7 to 10 business days to receive, inspect, re-stock and issue credit.

When returning products, please use USPS priority mail or UPS ground shipping, which provides tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. We regretfully cannot accept any returns on our alcohol-based perfumes due to shipping regulations.

Please include a copy of your original receipt, a note with your reason for returning the product, any suggestions,
and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact info@tsilaorganics.com or 215.750.9996. Re-stocking/Cancellation fee: Buyers will be charged a 30% restocking/cancellation fee on orders that are returned or refused. All sales are final.

After placing your Tsi~La Organics order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. We appreciate your patience as shipments are processed weekly and any alcohol based products are shipped via ground transportation. Please allow 7 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a tracking number, if available.

All sales are final.

Domestic Shipping:

We use USPS First Class Mail for all flat rate shipping within the continental U.S., its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery (usually less). If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Tsi-La Organics reserves the right to charge an additional shipping cost to re-ship the order if it is determined that the purchaser was at fault.

Tsi-La Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen items through the United States Post Office. For an additional $3.00, you may have your entire order insured (this does not apply to international orders, please read our international policy below).

If an order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address or non-availability of recipient to accept delivery (in cases where we require signature confirmation) or due to refusal to accept shipment, it shall be considered as a return and our standard Return Policy is applicable on such orders.

International Shipping:

Please contact us for international shipping rates. There may be additional charges such as duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order as it is coming from outside of your country. Any duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what duties and/or taxes are applicable for each specific country. All international packages ship via UPS or Fedex. Shipments are typically delayed when they reach customs. We are not responsible for any orders seized by local customs. We will not accept returns or issue credits for products shipped outside of the United States for any reason.

Such as:

  • Package unclaimed
  • Delivery refused
  • Customer unable or unwilling to pay Customs fees and taxes
  • Package is rejected by Customs and returned
  • Any other reason

Restricted via air transportation:
The Department of Transportation restricts alcohol-based perfumes from being shipped via air. Therefore, all orders containing alcohol* based fragrances must be shipped via standard USPS or UPS ground shipping with in the the continental US and UPS ground to Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol* based perfumes to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and international addresses. Storage Info:
Please store all of Tsi~La products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and extreme cold. Our dark glass container acts as a natural preservative system, so it is best always to keep the lid tightly closed to protect the organic product inside.

Because the Living Flower Perfumes are all-natural and free of synthetic chemicals, it means that our perfumes will need to be applied several times each day. By using our products throughout the day, you’ll get the most benefit from the essential oils and experience a subtle positive shift in your vital energy and state of mind.
