Tsi-La: Our Favorite Antioxidant Smoothie Recipe!
There is no better way to hydrate this time of year than with a delicious smoothie! Here is one of my favorite recipes.
All you need is:
1 Cup of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries will do)
1/4 of a beet
1/2 Tablespoon of chia seeds
2 1/2 of coconut water (or to desired consistency)
1/4 cup of raw almonds and
1/4 teaspoon of moringa powder
and A splash of coconut oil
Simply combine the ingredients in a Vitamix, blend for a minute and voila! A perfect end of summer drink that is sure to hydrate and detox your skin. And don’t forget…
